Italgomma2 becomes official partner and national distributor of the AWH brand for fittings and hoses according to the aseptic regualtion, and of the WSG brand for pipes and fittings according to the ASME BPE regulations.
The quality process is extended through the acquisition of a leading HPSC hose test bench. Through tests with pressure seal from 3 to 1000 bar (with report test), Italgomma2 can complete the production and assembly process of flexible pipes of any type, from food hoses to hydraulic, chemical and pharmaceutical hoses.
From October 22nd to 25th 2019 Italgomma2 has taken part to the CIBUSTEC, one of the most innovative exhibitions of food technology and a complete showcase of the best solutions for all sectors of the food and beverage industry.
On 7 March, Italgomma2 renewed its annual ISO 9001:2015 quality certification, confirming that quality is the top priority in production processes, with particular attention paid this year to the introduction in the company of a system for managing materials and objects destined to come into contact with foodstuffs, as provided for by EU Reg. nos. 1935/2004 and 2023/2006 (MOKA).
Italgomma2 has always dealt with more than just selling top-quality products for mechanical industries in all sectors. In order to guarantee excellent-quality products, the production department uses a lathe and an orbital welding machine.
These technologies allow us to develop and produce couplings customised to meet the specific needs of the customer.
Italgomma2 continues to renew and innovate, taking on board the key concepts of efficiency and safety.
The early months of 2019 will see the implementation on our premises of the new Modula vertical warehouse.
The system will mainly be used for storing articles, and is essential for reducing warehouse surface to a minimum, maximising the efficiency of the service and reducing to a minimum the potentially dangerous situations that can occur in traditional warehouses.
Back in Germany, where this time we’ll be in the Italy Pavilion, in a prestigious space: stand B020-C021 in pavilion 4.2. At this trade fair, we’ll be showcasing the new line of Dairy 140° high-temperature hoses and the new line of customised winders.

The renewed shot of energy brought by Italgomma2’s new approach, the skills acquired and the new professional competences have prompted the company to rediscover the international focus that has traditionally been a part of it. We’ll be there from 11 to 15 September, with all the new developments and the best products for the beverage sector, at stand 333 in pavilion C2.
