ISO 9001:2008
The quality management systems are ISO 9001:2008 certified. They refer to a series of internationally valid standards that focus on customers and their satisfaction; each activity, application and monitoring of the processes are aimed at determining maximum satisfaction of the end user starting from the definition of the procedures, through to the recording of each process identified within the company organization.
ISO 9001:2015
2018 saw the transition from the old ISO 9001:2008 to the new ISO 9001:2015. The adaptation of the new edition of the standard has led to a complete overhaul of the quality system. Consequently, our quality system is now based on the concept of risk-based thinking, allowing us to determine the factors that could lead to deviations in production processes from the ISO 9001:2015 standard.
